Service Description
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at The Bridge Coffee & Community! Please complete the requested information to inquire about an after-hours rental. The rental rate is $100 per hour (with a two-hour minimum), plus a $50 staffing fee for on-site employee or event staff support. Please note that the maximum capacity at The Bridge is 70 people.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Agreements: - The event will be conducted in an orderly, respectful manner that aligns with The Bridge’s mission and values. - The reserving party assumes full responsibility for the conduct and behavior of all guests. - Discriminatory jokes or language based on sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, gender identity, religion/creed, national origin, or political views will not be tolerated. If such behavior continues after a single warning from event staff, the event will be ended immediately. - Any damage caused by guests will be charged to the reserving party. - Use of the space is limited to the customer dining area and restrooms. Only the hot water tap may be used for preparing tea. Use of other equipment (e.g., coffee maker, refrigeration) must be requested and approved in advance. - The Bridge is a drug-, alcohol-, and smoke-free facility. Outside alcoholic beverages, smoking (including cigars, vapes, and e-cigarettes), and illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. - Nothing may be affixed to the walls of the café or community room. Any damage caused by decorations or displays will result in additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit. - The following items are not allowed: sparklers, glitter, birdseed, confetti, or sand. - The Bridge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items. Set Up and Clean Up Policy: Your rental includes one additional hour at no charge—30 minutes before and 30 minutes after your scheduled event—for set-up and clean-up only. Early arrivals outside of this window are not permitted, especially before the café is closed to the public. All guests and belongings must be cleared from the space by the end of the clean-up period. Additional time may be billed if these terms are not followed. Deposit and Final Payment: A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date and space. Your event will remain tentative until both the signed contract and the deposit have been received. Payment instructions will be provided once your availability is confirmed. Full payment is due on the day of the event. Applicable state and local sales tax will be added to your invoice. We accept all major credit cards and cash; checks are not accepted.
